Bio

Panhoia is a Hmong American woman and first-generation college student who earned her B.S. in Human Development from UC Davis and her M.S. in Counseling from CSU Sacramento. With over seven years of experience working on campus, she has dedicated her career to supporting first-generation, low-income, and disabled students in accessing essential resources such as financial aid, internships, research opportunities, food security, and mental health services.

Panhoia specializes in working with graduate students and is deeply passionate about assisting students facing life challenges that impact their success at UC Davis. She collaborates effectively with campus partners to bridge gaps in support services, and provides advocacy and problem-solving to help students achieve their goals. In her free time, Panhoia enjoys hiking, DIY decor, and organizing events.
