Students of Concern Response Team (SCRT)

OSSJA coordinates the Students of Concern Response Team (SCRT), an interdisciplinary group of professionals that manages situations involving students of concern who present with serious risk of harm to self or others. This team of UC Davis staff and law enforcement professionals meet on a weekly basis and when needed to ensure a comprehensive approach to students of concern. The team includes representatives from the following offices:

Student Housing
Counseling Services
Student Disability Center
UC Davis Police
Campus Counsel
Academic and Staff Assistance Program
Center for Advocacy Resources and Education

The SCRT reviews behavioral incidents to ensure a systematic response to students whose behavior may be disruptive or harmful to themselves or the UC Davis community. The SCRT assists to promote the health, safety and welfare of students and other members of the UC Davis community.
